Riverview Recreation Park is the direct result of a group known as the Riverview Park Association. The group has worked to build this multipurpose athletic/recreation facility. The members of the RPA meets regularly, the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 at the Gouverneur Town Barn on Main Street in Gouverneur. The public is welcome and encouraged to participate.
Volunteering is the foundation of Riverview Recreation Park. Your help is always needed and appreciated. If your school group, scout group, youth group or family group would like to spend some time volunteering at Riverview Recreation Park click here! Coach Porter can put you to work! Many people have contributed hundreds of volunteer hours to make Riverview Recreation Park a reality!
Riverview Park can accommodate your group or league with:
- Regulation Size Little League and Softball Fields
- Full size youth football field
- Full size soccer field
- Concession stand, picnic area with bathrooms.
